The homeowners' original patio area was so brutally hot in the summer that our clients rarely used the space.  We built a beautiful sun room off the existing kitchen/dining room area. Together with the new adjoining pergola, it created an elegant entertaining space and enough shade to enjoy the area in hot weather.
